The developer, Far East Group, has released the concept tender for Beauty World The Reserve Residences, a mixed-use development at the corner of Jalan Anak Bukit and Ang Mo Kio Avenue. The project is expected to be 36 stories tall, with commercial space on the lower floors and residential units on the upper levels. It is expected to offer unobstructed views of the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. The site is also near renowned schools and a bus interchange.

The new development is expected to have 700 residential units, 150 service apartments, and a retail podium.
