For the very first time, the People's Association (PA) has planned a series of Singapore Samba Rehearsals-turned-parties opened to members of the public. Anyone can join in the 2,000-member Chingay 2010 Singapore Samba rehearsals and party along with costumes while enjoying food and drinks galore at the carnival stalls at PA Headquarters.
