Chingay Parade of DreamS will be held on Friday, 3 February and Saturday, 4 February 2006 at Orchard Road . ROADS WILL BE CLOSED ON 3 FEBRUARY 200 6 FROM 18 3 0 HOURS TO 2400 HOURS AND 4 FEBRUARY 2006 FROM 18 0 0 HOURS TO 0200 HOURS.

With the road closures in Orchard Road , traffic and buses will be diverted. We seek your help to disseminate the information to the general public for the convenience of motorists, public transport users and visitors to Orchard Road .
