ACES
It was a fruitful day for ACES as they bagged not only $1,500 in cash prizes as 1 st runner-up in Cheerleading Category, they also clinched two other accolades - Best Costume and Most Spirited Team. The Street Rockers team from ACES also came in second for the Street Rock Category. ACES will get the opportunity to perform in the Pre-Parade segment of Chingay Parade of DreamS 2006.

A cheerleading team from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, ACES started out as a self-taught team. Their progress has been commendable as they emerged as 1 st runner-up in Cheerobics 2004 and 2005.

CHARM ALL STARS

Like any team that won any competition, the team members from CHARM All Stars were on cloud nine. They were the only Malaysian team at the Chingay Cheer Rock! Competition and the team that won the fight to the championship throne as well as coming in third in the Street Rock category. For their sterling performance, they won for themselves, $2,800 in cash and on top of it, $250 for clinching the Best Team Cheer accolade. Look forward to their performance in the main Chingay Parade of DreamS in 2006!

DENVERS CHEERLEADING TEAM
A cheerleading team from Potong Pasir Community Club, Denvers took the 2 nd runner-up position with ease. The team won $500 in cash with a golden opportunity to perform in the Pre-Parade segment at the Chingay Parade of DreamS. This high profile team has represented the CC in national cheerleading competitions, Chingay 2002 and other high-profile events. The experience of the senior members in Denvers was recognised as they undertook the responsibility of coaching several cheerleading teams from Nanyang Technological University and the Girl's Brigade of Sembawang Secondary School.

HELL NATION
This team is a conglomerate of dancers and break dancers, hence the last name ‘nation'. Team energy and chemistry is inherent in the team performance as they bagged the Most Spirited Team award and took home $150 in cash.

TK ROCK
Made up of only girls, this is a cheerleading team from Tanjong Katong Secondary School . Their punchy cheers orchestrated with gusto won them the Best Cheer Accolade with $150 in cash.

U.P.L.A.
An all-guys team from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the smooth grooves of the U.P.L.A team members scored points with the judges and they got to take home $1,500 in cash with a chance to perform at Chingay LIVE, a Chingay celebration in each of the five districts of Singapore . U.P.L.A. is made up of a group of guys from who got together because of their passion for hip hop dance. They knew each other from Modern Jazz Club in NTU.

URBAN VIBEZ
R & B and hip hop dance. This team of youth perfect their grooves by training frequently at the void decks. These bubbly youth chose their name as ‘Urban Vibez' as they feel that they represent the youth of today. Their sizzling red hot costumes scored points with the judges and won them the Best Costume award and $150 in cash.
