Our youth utilises the TV Mobile animated series Gan Cheong King (GCK) to represent a typical Gen Y Singaporean youth. GCK is portrayed as a youth who looks at the world as a vast horizon of endless possibilities waiting to discover what is in store. He dreams and believes that one day, dreams will take flight like the rockets which take off with trails of fire. These are the flames of aspiration of a typical Singaporean youth.

Initial Concept

Featuring their TV Mobile animated series Gan Cheong Kin, this concept is the school's tribute to realising the dreams of our Gen Y students by incorporating the concept of the "Wishing Tree". Six rocket-shaped lanterns will be hung on the trees to symbolise the six schools of the polytechnic with their respective mantras.
